National Youth Workers Convention (NYWC) is put on by Youth Specialties.  NYWC host conventions in different locations each fall offering general sessions with inspiring speakers, unforgettable worship, comedy, and drama.  Altogether about 10,000 – 15,000 participants attend throughout the fall!!  It is for designed for YOUTHWORKERS (anyone who works with middle school or high school students). This includes pastors, directors and volunteer staff. It is made up of a wide range of ages, backgrounds and denominations.
